(111) When the pictures have been cleaned,

we hope to organize a small exhibition of some of them, in the Colonial Office, and you will let us know when they are ready.

(iv) You will also let us know when you wish

us to authorize the Crown Agents to collect the pictures from Messrs. Bolton and Fairhead, pay the firm off and ship the collection to Hong Kong.

(v) You will arrange for reimbursement of

your incidental expenses from the Hong dong Government office.

that we have been informed by the Government that be hes cold his collection to

Hong Kong, and that we understand that

you have kindly agreed to call on him, or write to him, to discuss the question of packing and despatching tàs pictures and that payment to him will be made by the Crown Agents,
